On Saturday, November 24, you’re invited to climb aboard for FREE and experience LYNX for yourself.
Along the way, you’ll stop at every LYNX station, including FOUR CELEBRATION STATIONS at 7th Street, the Charlotte Transportation Center at Bobcats Arena, East/West Boulevard and Bland Street.
These four stations will host special events from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and you could even win one of our Grand Opening prizes.

10:00amMake the SouthEnd Festival your first stop on the LYNX Blue Line.
In addition to live performances and show-stopping entertainment, you can browse through the sea of exhibitors we’ve arranged for your enjoyment.
Plus, WYLT 102.9 will broadcast live from 10:00am – 12:00pm. -
10:00am - 11:00amGet a taste of the good life.
Join us on the Camden Stage where you’ll enjoy performances from the Asian Chamber Performance Groups, Ballet Las Americas and a step show from the Greenville Community Combined Youth Organization. -
11:30am - 1:30pmTurn it up.
Things really gets rockin’ during the Band Showcase, which features the Southern rock stylings of The Stragglers, The Turnstiles and Low Willie – all live on the Camden Stage. -
1:00pmNot ready to leave yet? We know the feeling. That’s why we’ll keep the music going for another 30 minutes.

With blasts from Confetti Cannons, former Carolina Panthers safety and Grand Marshal, Mike Minter, will lead LYNX Blue Line passengers to the stage. -
10:15am - 1:00pmGame on! The LYNX Blue Line starts service.
You don’t have to be an athlete to enjoy one of our interactive sports games like a racecar simulator, air hockey and much, much more. Why not get an airbrushed LYNX tattoo before or after you play?
Who knows? You may even get a mascot high-five from Sir Purr, Chubby Checker, Rufus Lynx or Homer the Dragon. -
1:00pmWant to take the game into overtime? Simply climb back on board the LYNX Blue Line. You can even take it to Bobcats Arena to see the Charlotte Bobcats play the Boston Celtics at 7:00 pm. Park for free at one of our seven park and ride lots along the LYNX Blue line, and we’ll give you front door service to the game.
